Welcome to safehavenarmor.com (the "Site"), operated by Safe Haven Armor ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give accurate, current, and complete information when you check out.

2. Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and display products as accurately as possible. Colors, sizes, and finishes may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, and manual measurement. Product images are for reference. If an item you receive is materially different from its description, you can return it under our Refunds and Returns policy.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time, but the price charged is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details. If a pricing or typographical error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you are charged, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping options and rates:

• Standard Shipping: $19.99. Estimated 10–15 business days (US, UK, CA, AU, NZ), or 12–25 business days for other international destinations.
• Express Shipping: $39.99. Estimated 7–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. If a package is lost in transit and the shipping information you entered at checkout was correct, we will reship it at no additional cost. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Email support@safehavenarmor.com with your order number to get return instructions and the return address. Items sent to any other address cannot be accepted. The customer pays return shipping, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and please allow 5–10 business days for them to appear. 7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its security or operation, submit false orders, or copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content without our written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

Site content, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, belongs to Safe Haven Armor or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Third-party brand names, if mentioned, belong to their respective owners and are used only for description.

10. Product Use and Safety

Use products only as intended and follow any included instructions and safety notes. Protective equipment should be chosen and used according to the stated specifications. No product can guarantee protection against every hazard.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in our policies, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.
