Refunds and Returns

At Safe Haven Armor, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

1. Our 60-Day Return Window

Our return policy is valid for 60 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. If 60 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange (Customer Action)

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our friendly customer support staff at support@safehavenarmor.com within the 60-day window. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and send you the complete return instructions, including the specific return mailing address. Do NOT mail your return to the original shipping address; it will not be accepted.

  3. Ship the Item: After receiving instructions, you must ship the item back to the designated returns center.

4. Return Shipping and Fees

  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping (the cost to send the item back to our facility).

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Crucial Mailing Note: All returned items must be sent to our dedicated returns location in China as instructed by our support team. Packages mailed to any other address will be rejected and a refund cannot be processed.

5. Refunds Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Initiation: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Timeframe: Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
